Refunds and Returns Policy
Non-returnable items include:
- Downloadable booklets
- Trips to Italy
- Webinars & Virtual Tours
- Group online courses
When you purchase one of our products, there is no direct entitlement to a refund. In exceptional circumstances we may consider offering a refund or voucher if you are able to present the necessary evidence i.e. that you have purchased two items of the same product in error.

To sell our merchandise (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc) we use an external platform called TeeSpring.com
We only design and place our products on this platform to be able to offer them worldwide to our customers. Order processing and fulfilment is all managed wholly by TeeSpring. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased on TeeSpring and need to request a return or a refund, please contact them directly. You do not need to inform us at Passione Italiana that you have requested a return/refund.
To complete your return, they will require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Online group courses
When you purchase one of our online group courses, we will refund your course fee if (i) the course you enrolled on did not reach minimum numbers or (ii) if, upon checking your mandatory Italian test, we decide that the course you enrolled on is not suitable for you. In this instance, we will first try to offer you a suitable alternative. If this is not available, then you will receive a full refund.
We do not offer pro rata discounts if you enrol late.
