Refunds and returns

Thanks for shopping at Passione Italiana. We pride ourselves in the quality of all our products including our courses, webinars, private lessons, and all our merchandise. 
The vast majority of the products we offer is made by us. In other words, we plan, organise and manage the courses, lessons and webinars. For the merchandise we offer we use an external company. We design the products and they print them for you. (You can find more information on this in the section of this page called ‘Merchandise’. 
 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refunds and returns policy lasts 30 calendar days from the purchase date. You have 30 calendar days to request a refund since the purchase date. If 30 or more days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. When purchasing one of our products  you are agreeing to our Termini e Condizioni. At the point of purchase, your personal data is processed in accordance with our Normativa sulla Privacy. Please make sure you keep the receipt / proof of purchase safe as you’ll need this to request a refund.

When purchasing one of our products (webinars, downloadable booklets, group online courses) you are agreeing to our Termini e Condizioni

When you purchase one of our products, there is no direct entitlement to a refund. In exceptional circumstances we may consider offering a refund or voucher if you are able to present the necessary evidence i.e. that you have purchased two items of the same product in error, for example. Vouchers do not expire and can be used to purchase any product on the Passione Italiana website – you are not obliged to purchase the same kind of item again.

Negozio online

To sell our merchandise (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc) we use an external platform called TeeSpring.com.

We only design and place our products on this platform to be able to offer them worldwide to our customers. We also market our products and reserve the right to offer discount codes on all the products offered via TeeSpring, however order processing and fulfilment is all managed wholly by TeeSpring. When you purchase one of our products, you are doing so directly on the teeSpring platform / website. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased on TeeSpring and need to request a return or a refund, please contact them directly. You do not need to inform us at Passione Italiana that you have requested a return/refund.

Per completare il tuo rimborso, avranno bisogno di una ricevuta o una prova d'acquisto. Sarai responsabile del pagamento delle tue spese di spedizione per la restituzione del tuo articolo. Le spese di spedizione non sono rimborsabili.

A seconda di dove vivi, il tempo necessario affinché il prodotto sostituito ti raggiunga può variare.

Corsi online di gruppo

Quando acquisti uno dei nostri corsi di gruppo online, ti rimborseremo la quota del corso se (i) il corso a cui ti sei iscritto non ha raggiunto il numero minimo o (ii) se, verificando il tuo test di italiano obbligatorio, decidiamo che il corso a cui ti sei iscritto acceso non è adatto a te. In questo caso, cercheremo prima di offrirti un'alternativa adeguata. Se questo non è disponibile, riceverai un rimborso completo.

Non offriamo sconti proporzionali se ti iscrivi in ​​ritardo.
