Online Store Terms

The physical products you purchase are sold through a third party store, so any complaints should be made to them directly.

Products Or Services Terms

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Also, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis and to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Passione Italiana does not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Online Courses and Webinars

The contents of the courses/webinars are believed to be correct and to reflect the current state of knowledge at the point of publication. Passione Italiana reserves the right to make alterations to courses, teachers or fees without prior notice provided such alterations shall not substantially affect the course content. Such alterations shall, at best, only entitle the participant to reimbursement of course fees paid if such adjustments substantially differ from the advertised programme. Passione Italiana reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses at their discretion if in our opinion there are insufficient participants to make the course financially viable. In such cases the participants shall be offered a transfer to an alternative course. Passione Italiana commits to notifying participants if their course/webinar has insufficient numbers to go ahead at least two days before the start of the course/webinar.

Lessons are sold in blocks of 5, 10, or 15. If you miss a lesson for any reason (including connection problems), the lesson cannot be rescheduled or refunded. You will, however, receive the lesson materials via email.

Class Recordings & Promotional Use

Online group courses may be recorded (audio, video, and chat) by the teacher.

Excerpts, clips, screenshots, or recordings from group sessions may occasionally be used by Passione Italiana for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes across our website, social media channels (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), newsletter, and promotional campaigns.

We respect your privacy. If you do not wish to have your likeness, video, or audio included in any public-facing or promotional material:

• You may keep your camera turned off and participate via chat or audio only.
• You may change your display name on Zoom to a nickname or first name only.
• You can notify us in writing at info@passione-italiana.com before or after the class, and we will ensure your identifiable image/audio is excluded or blurred/edited out of any public marketing content.

Participants are strictly prohibited from making their own unauthorized recordings, taking unpermitted screenshots, or distributing any class materials/recordings without prior written consent from Passione Italiana.

Passione Italiana App

If you use the Passione Italiana mobile application (the “App”), this section applies in addition to all other Terms and Conditions on this page.

1. Definitions

In this section:

• “Service” or “App” means the Passione Italiana mobile application.
• “Subscription” means paid access to the App.
• “Free Trial” means the 7-day free trial period.
• “User” means the person who registers an account in the App.

2. Eligibility and Account

To use the App you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

3. Licence to Use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, or reverse-engineer its code.

4. Free Trial, Pricing and Renewal

New Users may access the App on a free trial for 7 days.
Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, your Subscription will start automatically and the applicable fee will be charged (currently 9.00 USD per month or 94.00 USD per year, unless otherwise stated in the App or on our website).
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

5. Billing and Payments

Payments for the App are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). Local taxes or VAT may apply depending on your location. If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or limit your access to the App until the issue is resolved.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Accepted methods are:

a) In-App Purchases (iOS / Android): If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, your subscription must be cancelled directly via your Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Account. Passione Italiana cannot cancel or refund in-app store transactions directly.
b) Web Subscriptions: If you subscribed via our website, you may cancel anytime directly in your account settings or by emailing info@passione-italiana.com at least 48 hours prior to your next renewal date.
c) by sending a written request to info@passione-italiana.com, or
d) by contacting us via WhatsApp at +44 73 9684 3244.

Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period. You will retain access to the App until the end of the period already paid for.

If you ask us to cancel your Subscription using a different method from those listed above, we may charge an administrative fee of 25.00 USD to process the request.

7. Refunds

If something is not working correctly in the App, please contact us first at info@passione-italiana.com. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund where there are persistent technical problems that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
Purchases made through app stores (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) are also subject to the refund policies of those stores.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the App (including texts, images, audio, videos, exercises and structure) is owned by or licensed to Passione Italiana and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, share, sell, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use of the App

You must not upload or share through the App any illegal, offensive or harmful content, or anything that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content, suspend or close accounts if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep the App available and up to date, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service (for example for maintenance, updates or security reasons). Where reasonable, we will try to minimise disruption for Users.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App involves the processing of personal data. This is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can find on our website. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and agree to the way we process your data.

12. Changes to App Terms

We may update or change these App Terms from time to time. Where changes are significant we will notify you in the App and/or by email. Continuing to use the App after the new version takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Support and Complaints

If you have any questions, need help with the App, or wish to make a complaint, please contact us at info@passione-italiana.com. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Payment and refunds

Settlement is due on enrolment. Places will not be held without payment. All fees agreed on enrolment will be due regardless of whether a participant later withdraws from the course. Reimbursement in whole or in part for fees paid will only be considered in truly exceptional cases. All applications for reimbursement must be made in writing. Appropriate supporting documentation must be attached (e.g. medical certificates). Please note, once a course has been purchased, there is no automatic entitlement to a refund. By purchasing downloadable digital content (e.g. booklets, recorded materials) or immediate-access services, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal/cancellation once delivery or access begins. If Passione Italiana requires a participant to leave for reasons of conduct, the learner will remain liable for the full amount agreed at enrolment.

Copyright

The copyright in all material provided by Passione Italiana shall (unless expressly stated otherwise) remain vested in Passione Italiana and may not be reproduced without our specific written consent. The copyright in, and of any work produced, by the learners as part of the course, shall remain with us and work may be retained at our discretion for display or promotional activities.

Prohibited Uses Terms And Conditions

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms and Conditions, you cannot use the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international or national regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Termination

These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying us, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).
