The Beccati Daniele was founded in 1990 as a producer of home-made pasta.
Its mission is to improve and defend the tradition of typical Ferrarese cuisine, first and foremost the dish called Cappellaccio di Zucca.(Pumpkin filled pasta)
Growng success will lead to the introduction of a wider range of products (always fresh egg pasta) and in order to meet the increasing demand, there will be the construction of larger premises in San Bartolomeo in Bosco (Ferrara).
The pasta-makers of Beccati Daniele continue to produce the entire range of its bronze-drawn fresh egg pasta products, following the traditional culinary methods of the Emilia Region. |
